Kenny Garcia is a San Antonio native and passionate personal injury attorney dedicated to fighting for individuals and families who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. As the founder of Kenny Garcia Injury Law, he built his firm with one mission in mind: to provide aggressive, client-focused representation while treating every client like family—not a case number.
Kenny started his firm after seeing firsthand how injured people are often undervalued, overlooked, and pushed aside by insurance companies and large firms. He wanted to create a practice where clients receive personal attention, clear communication, and relentless advocacy from start to finish. His goal is simple—maximize results while making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.
With a strong foundation in both law and business, Kenny brings a strategic and results-driven approach to every case. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, and obtained his MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.
During law school, Kenny honed his advocacy skills as part of St. Mary’s nationally recognized advocacy program. He further expanded his legal education studying abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. As a member of the National Trial Team, Kenny competed at the highest level—earning recognition as a national finalist in the ABA Arbitration Competition in 2024, along with receiving the Litigation and Advocacy Award from St. Mary’s.
Before launching his own firm, Kenny gained invaluable experience working in insurance defense. This inside knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and fight claims gives him a distinct advantage when negotiating and litigating on behalf of his clients.
Kenny’s commitment to his clients is matched only by his love for his hometown. A diehard San Antonio Spurs fan and proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie, he enjoys spending his free time watching sports, staying active, and most importantly, spending time with his daughter, Gianna, who continues to inspire his drive to build something meaningful for both his family and his clients.
